When is check-in and check-out time at the hotel?

Check-in: After 15:00 PM
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
The reception is open 24 hours.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

Late check-out:
Check-out must be done by 10:00 AM.

Late check-out is possible only with prior approval (subject to availability) and at an additional cost.
Early check-in is possible depending on availability and by prior arrangement (with possible surcharge).

What time is breakfast and dinner served?

Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Dinner is served from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

Is it possible to have a special diet?

Upon your request, we can arrange a special diet. Please indicate the type of diet when making your reservation.

What are the opening hours of the Lobby Bar and Restaurant 2864?

The Lobby Bar is open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Restaurant 2864 is open from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

Is access to the water park included on the first and last day?

Access to the Aquapark is possible on the day of arrival during the water park opening hours and on the day of departure until 11:00 AM. If you want to spend the day at the Aquapark after checking out of the hotel, it is possible with an additional fee of 10 EUR per person; children under 13.99 years old are free.

Is the water park always included in the room rate?

The water park is included in the room rate for all room types except for the Standard room reservation.

Are bathrobes and towels provided in the room?

Yes. Bathrobes and towels for the visit to the Bohinj Water Park are provided in all rooms except for the Standard room.

Are there bathrobes for children?

Unfortunately, there are no bathrobes available for children.

Can bathrobes be changed?

Changing of bathrobes is possible at an additional cost of 5.00 EUR per change.

Can I rent a bike at the hotel?

During the summer season, we have bikes available for adults, children, and child seats. Reserve them at the reception desk or by calling 08 200 40 00. Electric bikes are also available and need to be ordered 24 hours in advance.

Where can I store my bike?

Bike storage is available in a closed and CCTV monitored garage, where bikes can also be locked to the rack.

Where can I park?

Parking is available in front of the hotel. Parking is also available in the hotel garage (for an additional fee). Please do not leave valuable items or money in your vehicle, as we are not responsible for the security of your belongings.
